Deep Clean- The deep clean is what we recommend for first time clients so, that if they decide to get a routine cleaning the deep clean would ensure the property ready for maintenance cleaning. The deep clean includes dusting, cobwebs, ceiling fans, A/C vents, baseboards, trims, doors, inside of windows, all rooms/bedrooms, kitchen, outside of cabinets, fridge, stove, microwave, we make the beds, take out trash, clean inside and outside of front door, vacuum carpet and rugs, sweep, mop, blinds, all bathrooms, toilet, bathtub, shower, sinks, etc.

Maintenance/Regular Clean- The maintnece clean comes at a lower cost than the deep clean, this clean focuses on the broader parts of a home or property. The maintenance/regular clean includes, dusting of blinds, ceiling fans, A/C vents, doors, bedrooms, make the beds, kitchen, cabinets, fridge ,stove, microwave, trash, front door, entrance sweeping, vacuuming of rugs and carpet, sweeping, mopping, counters, all of the bathroom, etc.

Move out clean- This is the clean recommended for homes or property that is ready be inhabited , the move out clean includes, blinds, ceiling fans , A/C vents , baseboards, all doors, windows from the inside only, all bedrooms, all bathrooms, all of the kitchen, including the inside and outside of cabinets, fridge, microwave and stove, taking trash out, cleaning the inside and outside of front door, standard dusting, vacuuming of rugs and carpet, sweeping, mopping, etc.

We provide all cleaning supplies , but if desired we can use supplies given to us for areas of interest.
