Deep Clean- This is the clean we recommend for first time clients because after the deep clean , the property can later be maintained by a regular clean,if the client desires routine cleaning. The deep clean includes, blinds, ceiling fans , A/C vents, baseboards, trims , doors, windows (inside), bedrooms (everything), bathrooms(everything), kitchen (everything), cabinets, fridge, stove (outside only), microwave, making beds, taking trash out, cleaning front door inside and out, entrance sweeping, dusting, blinds, vacuuming rugs and carpet, sweeping, mopping, etc.
Regular/Maintenance Clean- This clean comes at a lower cost than the deep clean since it focuses on more broader parts of the home or property. The Regular/Maintenance clean includes, dusting blinds, dusting ceiling fans, dusting A/C vents, trims, doors, bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, washing dishes, cabinets, fridge , stove , microwave, making beds, taking trash out, cleaning front door inside and out, entrance sweeping, standard dusting, vacuuming rugs and carpet, sweeping, mopping, etc.
Move out Clean- The move out clean is what we recommend for residential and commercial properties ready to be inhabited. The move out clean includes, blinds, ceiling fans, A/C vents, baseboards, trims, all doors, windows (inside only), all bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, cabinets(inside and out), fridge (inside and out), stove ( inside and out), microwave, taking trash out, front door, sweeping of entrance, dusting, vacuuming all rugs and carpet, sweeping, mopping, etc.
We provide all cleaning supplies, but if so desired we can use supplies given to us for areas of interest.
